Under either a negotiated or competitively bid contract, we will work with the architect on your behalf to guide the project through all phases of construction and into occupancy.
As your construction manager, we will develop and monitor the project budget and schedule, and act as an owner's agent in evaluating bids and awarding contracts. We will manage the subcontractors and provide a full-time site superintendent to oversee all phases of the construction process.
