Renovation of the main building lobby on the second level, which is the main level of the facility. The existing lobby interior was demolished and updated with new finishes and windows.  In addition, a new ADA accessible restroom facility in an existing storage room and phone booth was created.  The new finishes included a new extended skylight, wood paneling and trim, wood doors, stone veneer, gas fireplace, glass railing, new reception desk, ceramic tile, carpet, and paint.

Jens coordinated with the owner’s staff to maintain operations (including chapel services) and to minimize any noise and/or disruptions. The project was also completed significantly under budget through contractor proposed value engineering, proper management of the project, and a team effort by all members of project (Jens, Dimension IV, and the owner).
